For life after weight-loss jabs

Keep what you've worked for.

The 12-month plan for the year after you stop a weight-loss jab. Strength, protein and steady habits to keep the weight off, with support on your side.

Why the year after matters

Weight often comes back after the jab. That's biology, not willpower.

A year after stopping semaglutide, people had regained about two-thirds of the weight they lost. Muscle, protein and routines are what you can work on.

How it works

Three steps to steady

  1. 1

    Answer a few questions

A few minutes on when you stopped, a quick health check, and how you like to eat. No weigh-in needed.

  2. 2

    Get your 12-month plan

Three phases, three small habits a week and short strength sessions that fit your week and your body.

  3. 3

    Keep it, with support

A morning check-in, a weekly steady score and a coach for tricky days, with a calm plan if things start to drift.

  1. Weeks 1–8

    Land

Your appetite starts to come back. Protein at every meal and two short strength sessions a week.

  2. Weeks 9–26

    Settle

Meal structure that fits your week, eating out without overthinking it, and a plan for cravings.

  3. Weeks 27–52

    Steady

The routines are yours now. Fewer prompts, and a check-in each month.

Careful by design
so the plan fits your body

  • A health check first

A few questions before you start, and again every 12 weeks. If something needs a word with your GP, strength sessions wait while food and habits carry on.

  • Gentler when you need it

Sore joints, a fall or feeling wiped out after activity? Sessions start with the easier version of each move and step up only when you're ready.

  • Food that fits your health

Pregnancy, kidney disease, diabetes and high blood pressure each switch on the right food settings. For pregnancy and kidney disease, we suggest who to talk to first.

  • No goal weight
We help you hold steady, and help you reset gently if things drift. Never a telling-off.
  • Numbers only if they help
Safe mode hides weight entirely and builds your score from habits and check-ins.
  • Your prescriber stays in charge
Steadie never gives advice about medication, doses or stopping treatment.
  • Your data stays yours
Kept on your phone, with a private backup if you sign in. Never sold, never used for ads. Export it or delete your account in a tap.

Questions, answered

Who is Steadie for?

Adults who have stopped a weight-loss jab such as Wegovy or Mounjaro, are stopping soon, or want a plan ready for when they do.

Is Steadie medical advice?

No. Steadie is a general wellness app for building food, activity and eating habits. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and decisions about medication are always for your prescriber.

I'm still on my jab. Can I start now?

Yes. Many people start building the habits before their last injection, so the routines are in place when appetite returns.

Do I have to weigh myself?

No. Weigh-ins are optional, and safe mode hides weight completely. Your weekly score can come from habits and your morning check-ins alone.

I have a health condition. Can I use Steadie?

Steadie gives general guidance, not medical advice. A quick health check at the start suggests checking with your GP, midwife or specialist where it matters, pauses strength sessions until you have, and adjusts food and sessions to suit. It asks again every 12 weeks.

What do I need for the exercises?

Nothing but a chair and a bit of space at home to start. Most moves have an easier version, and sessions step up gently over the weeks as you get stronger.

Does it work with my diet?

Every meal has swaps for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher eating, allergies and a microwave-only kitchen.

Where is my data kept?

On your phone. If you sign in, Steadie also keeps a private, encrypted backup so your plan moves with you to a new phone. It's never sold or used for ads, and you can export everything or delete your account from Settings. If you connect Apple Health, that information is only used for your own plan, and never for advertising.

When can I use it, and what will it cost?

Steadie is coming to iPhone first. It will cost £69.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or £12.99 a month. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once when it opens.
