Browsing the website

The website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) for a short time to keep the site running and secure.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, when you joined and gave consent, and, if you choose to tell us, where you are with your weight-loss medicine (stopped, stopping soon or still on it). That last answer is health information, so we only keep it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box.

We use it to email you when Steadie opens and to understand who is waiting for it. We don't use it for anything else, and never sell it or use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

Vercel hosts the website and Neon holds the waitlist, both in London. When we email you, our email provider Resend handles your address on our behalf; it's based in the US, and your information is protected by the UK's approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until we've emailed you that Steadie is open, and no more than 6 months after that, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL], or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
